INRA webinar series: “The Living Lab approach as an Ecosystem for Co-innovation: The Stakeholder Mapping methodology”
SureNexus partner INRA Morocco is pleased to invite you to the upcoming webinar by Zein Kallas Calot, professor at the Barcelona School of Agri-Food and Biosystems Engineering (EEABB).
The webinar will be entitled “The LIVING LAB approach as an Ecosystem for Co-innovation: The Stakeholder Mapping methodology”.
The Living Lab approach has been applied to co-design a DSS ICT tool to measure and improve the sustainability of the current food distribution channels within the PRIMA project LAB4SUPPLY. One important aspect of the application of the Living Lab concept is a clear definition and application of the Stakeholder Analysis (SA) methodology. Who should be involved, what are the criteria of selection and how will data be collected? The SA is a widely used decision-support tool that starts with a clear definition of what “stakeholders” means and which guidelines follow to perform the analysis, including identification, determination of interests, power, influence, and how to document and report findings. The first step in the SA is the need to define what the term “stakeholder” includes clearly. The Stakeholder Theory stresses the interconnected relationships between an organization or projects and other agents who have a stake in the organization. In this presentation, Stakeholder Mapping is proposed for the selection of LL members. The SM consists of the Identification of the potential stakeholders, evaluating them, and their ranking. The evaluation and Prioritizing are based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process using the © Super Decision software.
